uStyle.Fashion ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website and mobile app at ustyle.fashion. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights over your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an account or use our services:

• Account information: Email address and password, or your name, email, and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Profile information: Username, profile picture, and banner image you choose to upload.
• Wardrobe and closet data: Clothing items you add to your digital wardrobe, including item name, category, brand, notes, and any photos you upload.
• Uploaded photos: Images of clothing items and profile photos you upload are stored in our cloud storage.
• Membership information: Whether you have an active paid membership and your subscription status.
• Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment credentials. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To store, organize, and display your wardrobe and closet items.
• To provide AI-powered features such as style matching and auto-fill for items (for members).
• To manage membership access to premium features.
• To display your profile within the app.

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Third-Party Services

• Supabase — our backend database, authentication provider, and image storage. All account data, wardrobe items, and uploaded photos are stored on Supabase servers. See supabase.com/privacy.
• Stripe — payment processing for memberships. We never see or store your full payment details. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in method. If you sign in with Google, your name, email, and profile picture are shared with us by Google.

4. Uploaded Photos

Photos you upload of your clothing items are stored in our cloud storage (Supabase) and are private to your account. They are not publicly accessible or shared with other users unless you explicitly share content.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers listed in Section 3 or as required by law.

6. Data Retention

Your data — including wardrobe items and uploaded photos — is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account, wardrobe data, and uploaded photos.
• Export your data upon request.

8. Children's Privacy

uStyle.Fashion is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
